This article will show you how to update the subscription type associated with a customer subscription in Advantage.

Warning
Subscription Types used are determined by the marketing and operations departments within an affiliate. When you update the subscription type, all choices will display, work with your internal teams to understand which subscriptions types are being used.

Note
These instructions require you to have a control group open.


How to Update a Subscription Type

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity

  2. Select the subscription you want to update and then select Subscription Modification

  3. The Choose Modification Operation box will appear, enter RAT for Rate/Term/Postage and click OK

  4. The Rate/Term/Postage Change Modification dialog box will appear, click Next

  5. Enter the updated Subscription Type

  6. Click OK

  7. The Order Recap Display will appear, click Close
