These instructions require you to have a control group open.
How To Cancel an Agreement
From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity
Select the agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel Agreement
Note
You may also cancel Future Terms here as well using the Cancel Agreement button on the Renewal Future Terms tab on the Customer Activity Screen.
3. The Agreement Cancellation dialog box will appear. Complete the following fields:
Credit Reason | Enter a reason for the cancellation |
Cancellation Fee | Make any necessary adjustments |
Application Options | Make any necessary adjustments |
Term # Cancellation Settings | Make any necessary adjustments Warning |
4. Click OK
Warning
In some cases, customer service is cancelling to upgrade or switch the service and they do not want the letter to update. In these cases, the agent should use one of the following reasons as they do NOT generate the letter:
C-UPG - To be used for upgrades
XOPS - One off scenarios in which cancel letters are not desired
