Use these instructions when resetting a suspended membership.

These instructions require you to have a control group open. For more on control groups, go here.

How to Reset a Membership

From the Customer Search screen click Customer Activity
Highlight the membership you want to update and then right-click
Select Membership Actions and then select Full Member Reset
The Full Member Reset dialog box will appear. Complete the following fields:

Customer Number Enter the Customer Number.
Membership Org Enter the Membership Org.
Term Number Enter the Term Number if necessary.
Click OK
Each subscription under the membership will have a Reset Subscription Back Start Date dialog box appear, leave blank and select OK for each

Customer Number	Enter the Customer Number.
Membership Org	Enter the Membership Org.
Term Number	Enter the Term Number if necessary.
