How To Create an Agreement Auto-Renew Chain
Navigate to

AMBCHN in Open Views.
Click the Add Icon
The AMB Auto-Renewal Chain Maintenance dialog box will appear. Complete the following fields:
Auto-Renew Chain ID* | Enter a unique identifier of the chain. |
Chain Type* | Select A |
Description | Enter the description of the chain including the prices and service period. |
Usage Comment | Use to enter a full description of the chain. |
Auto-repeat last sequence in the chain | If the last sequence in the chain should continue to repeat forever, check this box. If the chain should end and not renew after the last sequence, leave unchecked (not common). |
4. Click Next to begin adding the sequences.

6. The AMB Auto-Renewal Chain Sequence Maintenance dialog box will appear. Complete the following fields:
Agreement Choice | Leave this blank for the first sequence. | ||||
Description | Enter a description for the first chain of the auto-renew. | ||||
Days Until Renewal | Enter when the customer should be charged for their next sequence.

7. Click OK
8. Click the Add Icon to add the second sequence.
9. The AMB Auto-Renewal Chain Sequence Maintenance dialog box will appear. Complete the following fields:
Agreement Choice | Enter the agreement choice associated with the second service period. This must exist prior to creating the chain. For more on creating agreement choices, go here. | ||||
Description | Enter a description for the agreement choice | ||||
Days Until Renewal | Enter when the customer should be charged for their next sequence.

10. Click OK
11. Continue to add sequences to the chain, as necessary, by following steps 8-10.
