How To Cancel an Agreement
From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity
Select the agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel Agreement

3. The Agreement Cancellation dialog box will appear. Complete the following fields:
Credit Reason | Enter a reason for the cancellation | ||
Cancellation Fee | Make any necessary adjustments | ||
Application Options | Make any necessary adjustments | ||
Term # Cancellation Settings | Make any necessary adjustments

4. Click OK
