Logins can be maintained from the Customer Activity or from the Authentication screen accessed through Logins, if you are already in Customer Activity, it is recommended to maintain the login from this screen to not cause slowness switching screens.

  2. Select the subscription you want to find the login for and then navigate to the Website Login tab at the bottom half of the Customer Activity Screen

The field ‘Password’ contains the customer’s password for the website, however it should never be provided to the customer over the phone or by email for security purposes.  Therefore, we don’t recommend adding this field to your display.
