Check if the List Code is in Advantage already (use LSTLTT view in Adv for Free lists)
Click Add ➕
Enter List Code
Enter Description (use the list code unless otherwise specified by affiliate)
List Category = Owning Org
List Type: Email (always)
Select Active, Web Enabled, Count Email (always)
"Requires Customer Opt-in" is No
List Narrative: Enter ticket number
Fill out the Owning Org (3 digits) again - same as list category field
Always enter "Y" in demographics
You should see something like this:

Select Manage → Vendors, hit Create
Select Free
Use Opens Pixel: Leave alone
Use List name but double check affiliate format
Enter ADV List Code
Create Schedule is always no
Agora ID: Always choose the lowest number listed
MC List ID: Leave blank
Default Host: Leave alone
Active: always yes
