Summary / TL:DR: This article will introduce you to WMC Purchase Emails in Blueshift.
...
Capability
Send a notification email through Blueshift when a customer has placed an order through a WMC order form.
...
Description
When a customer places an order through a WMC order form, the application will send an event to Blueshift containing the details of the order. This event then triggers a confirmation email in Blueshift
Info |
---|
If there is a path in the WMC journey that includes an upsell to be the next purchase, WMC will wait 30 minutes before sending the event to Blueshift whether the customer takes it or not. This is by design in the case that the customer goes back and takes the upsell instead of the original order. |
