How to Reset a Membership
- From the Customer Search screen click Customer Activity
- Highlight the membership you want to update and then right-click
- Select Membership Actions and then select Full Member Reset
The Full Member Reset dialog box will appear. Complete the following fields:
Customer Number Enter the Customer Number. Membership Org Enter the Membership Org. Term Number Enter the Term Number if necessary. Click OK
Each subscription under the membership will have a Reset Subscription Back Start Date dialog box appear, leave blank and select OK for each
