Use these instructions when a customer is not on automatic renew (renewal flag is Y) and wants to receive less notifications to renew.

How to Reduce Renewal Notifications
- From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity
- Select the subscription you want to update and select Subscription Modification
The Choose Modification Operation box will appear, enter PRO for Change Delivery/ RN Flag etc. and click OK
- The Subscription Profile Modification dialog box will appear, click Next
Change the renewal flag from Y to Z
- Click OK
- The Order Recap Display will appear, click Close
