Use these instructions when indefinitely suspending a subscription. Customer's may be traveling for a period of time and not have a date of return. If the customer has a start and end date for the suspension, Go Here to temporarily suspend the subscription.

How to Indefinitely Suspend a Subscription
- From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity
- Select the subscription you want to update and then select Subscription Modification
The Choose Modification Operation box will appear, enter IND for Indefinite Suspension and click OK
The Cir Suspension Maintenance dialog box will appear, complete the following fields:
Service Reason Enter the Service Reason. Suspend by Issue Select either Suspend by Issue or Suspend by Date Suspend by Date Select either Suspend by Date or Suspend by Issue Click Next
- Select all subscriptions eligible for suspension that the customer would like to suspend
- Click OK

A suspension does not kick in until the next issue pull. so, if you suspend a monthly subscription that just had an issue pull the day before, you will not see a suspension status until the next issue pull. Indefinite suspensions will remain in this status until the customer contacts again to restart their subscription. To restart the subscription, reset the subscription. |
