How to Cancel a Guest Registration on a Conference Order
From the Customer Service ribbon navigate to Customer Activity
- Enter the customer number of the customer you would like to cancel a guest registration for
Highlight the registration that has the guest you would like to cancel a registration for
Click the Attendees tab
Highlight the guest customer.
Click Delete Attendee
If any refunds or credits must be adjusted, follow the directions for canceling a registration.
- Repeat steps 5-7 to cancel additional guest registrations.
- You have successfully canceled the guest registration to a conference order.
