Summary / TL:DR: WMC sends this event to Blueshift when a customer lands on an order form page. This is natively a goal event in Blueshift which will attribute any purchases/orders to the last campaign that was clicked on by the customer.
Purpose
To indicate in Blueshift when a user has purchased something/lands on the thank you page. If the last touchpoint before a purchase came from a Blueshift campaign, the purchase will be attributed to that campaign. This introduces a new metric of purchases/orders that will allow you to measure the performance of marketing campaigns.
Description
After a customer places an order and lands on the thank you page, WMC will fire this event to Blueshift and will get recorded to the email address that is entered on the order form. Blueshift will merge profiles if an unknown user makes a purchase.
