This is a review of the Customer Activity screen. Maintenance can be performed for subscriptions, memberships, website logins, product orders, auto-delivery, standing order, access maintenance & billing, and conferences from a single screen.

Scripts
Scripts are available from the Customer Activity screen. By default, you will be set to No script.
From the Customer Activity screen, right-click in the list frame search results box and select
Select the script
Click
Once a script is selected, it will always be defaulted at this screen until you change it.
To set a script, you must have a customer selected first at this screen. Scripts are setup by affiliate
Screen Size Orientation
The Customer Activity screen allows for uses to resize the screen, just click and drag the arrow divider as needed.
Recommended Display

These are the recommended customized columns for this screen. There are more columns available.
Customer Number | Account number associated to the item. |
Item System Name | Type of item.

Item Description | Name or description of the item. |
Item Number | The unique identifier of the item. |
Owning Organization | The affiliate associated with the item. |
Original Ctrl Group Date | Date associated with the control group for the order of the item. |
Activity Status Description | The status of the item. |
Membership Org | For CIR items that are part of a membership, this is the membership organization the subscription is associated with. |
Member Category | For CIR items that are part of a membership, this is the membership category the subscription is associated with. |
Product Order Type Description | For PRO items, the type of product order. |
Role | For PRO items, the current state of the product order. |
Order Number | The order number associated with the item and term or version. |
Activity Sequence | For PRO items, this will display associated items to a single order number. For example, if the customer ordered 2 items under one order number, the first order line would be 1, the second would be 2. |
Activity Term Number | For CIR items, the current term number. |
