How to Reinstate a Registration


How to Reinstate a Posted Registration on a Conference Order 

If the registration has already posted, you cannot reinstate the registration. You have to place a new order.

Follow the instructions here to place a new order 


How to Reinstate an Un-posted Registration on a Conference Order 

If the customer cancels their registration and then contacts you the same day to un-cancel it. It can be done by following the instructions below.

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon navigate to Customer Activity

  2. Enter the customer number of the customer you would like to reinstate a registration for

  3. Highlight the registration that has the session you would like to reinstate 

  4. Click Un-Cancel Registration

  5. Click Yes

  6. Repeat the above steps to reinstate additional registrations

  7. You have successfully reinstated the registration to a conference order
