Summary / TL:DR: This article provides an overview of how to setup Order Abandon segments and export them for Telesales.
Segment
You will need to create a segment for customers that have a recent pageload
event on their profile that targets a unique value in the order page URL AND NOT have a transaction with the associated item/publication (see screenshot below). Feel free to add more criteria as you see fit.
Scheduled Export
Once the segment is created, you can schedule an export of the data using a Schedule Export Adapter.
Adapter Setup
Navigate to the Segments screen
Click on the gear icon in the top right-hand corner
3. Click +ADAPTER in the top right-hand corner
4. Create a name for the new adapter and click SAVE
5. Once saved, click on the adapter you just created
6. Click +Edit user attribute mappings
7. Add the user fields you wish to be in the report
These fields are only apply to User attributes, at the moment Blueshift doesn’t have the option to use Transaction or Event attributes
8. Click SAVE, then SAVE again
Create a Schedule
Navigate to the Segments screen
Find the segment you wish to schedule the report for
Click the
...
when you hove over the segment and click Schedule Report
5. Complete the following fields:
Filename Prefix | Enter in a name for your file |
---|---|
Schedule | Select what type of schedule you would like:

Start Time | Select when you would like the export to start |
Send Completion Email to | Enter in the email address/addresses you would like the report to go to If sending to multiple users, make sure to separate them email addresses by a comma |
Segment Report Adapter | Select Blueshift Export |
Alias Name | Select the adapter you created in the previous step |
6. Click either Save as Draft or Save and Launch Segment Report
