This article will show you how to reship a product that a customer has not received, and you wish to send another product.

These instructions require you to have a control group open.
How to Reship a Product
From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity
Select the product you want to reship
Select Gratis Reshipment (this option is available via the right click menu)
The Enter Gratis Reshipment Reason dialog box will appear, enter the Gratis Reshipment Reason
Click OK
The Select Items to Reship dialog box will appear, enter the Quantity that is to be reshipped
Click OK
Click Acknowledge
Note
You can only reship a max of what was originally ordered and not yet returned. If the customer has returned the product, place a new order. If you wish to send the customer a product for free, go here.
