How to Gratis Ship a Product
Navigate to to Order Entry
Select Script
Select Gratis
Click OK
Select Add Order
The Order Entry page will appear. Complete the following fields:
Bill-to Customer | Enter the bill-to customer |
Address Code | Enter the address code |
7. Hit Enter and complete the following field:
Gratis Reason | Enter a gratis reason |
8. Hit Enter and complete the following fields:
Item Number | Enter the item number to ship to the customer |
Quantity Ordered | Enter the quantity order to ship to the customer |
9. Click Done
10. A dialog box will appear to confirm that this product has not previously been sent to the customer, click Acknowledge
11. Hit Escape to return to the main screen of Call Center Order Entry
