Users would transfer it if the note was in the wrong folder. Use these instructions when transferring a note to another folder.
How to Transfer a Note
From the Customer Search Screen, navigate to the Advanced tab and click Note Activity to open the NAC screen
Click Transfer
The Select Folder dialog box will appear, select a Folder Path
Click OK
The Enter Transfer Reason dialog box will appear, select a Transfer Reason
ClickOK
Notes can only be transferred to folders that have been designated as a Transfer Folder. If the folder is not listed, this is because it is not setup as a Transfer Folder.
