IRIS Edit an Item

An Item is the AMB/Conference/Product/ Package entity that the marketer is marketing. Use these instructions to create an item.
How to Edit an Item
- To access the create items page, hover over and select
Click next to the item to be edited and complete the following fields:
Location Select the location of the item:
- Internal
- External
Select if a joint venture is needed. A joint venture is when a one body enters into agreement with another body and a deal is made to share the profits of the joint venture item. Item Type Select the type of item:
- Subscription
- Product
- Lead Gen
- AMB
- Conference
- Package
Subscription Type Select the subscription type:
- Front End
- Back End
- Lifetime
Item Code Enter the item code. Delivery Frequency* Select the shipping frequency:
- Monthly
- Weekly
Member Category Enter the items member category. Clicking will allow the user to search for the member category.
Owing Org
Enter the items owning org. Promo Code Prefix Enter the a 8-symbol code which is associated to an Advantage Campaign code and an Advantage Offer code. Abandon Source Code Enter the code used to process emails from the leadgens table. Editor Name Enter the editors name associated with the item. Publication Name Enter the publication name for the item. Description Free from field to enter a description of the item. Friendly From Use this field to set the friendly from at the item level. This works similarly to how subject lines can be stored on creatives. The Friendly From can have multiple options, and have a default set as well. Default Configuration* Enter the affiliates default domain configuration, unless specified otherwise. Status Select the status of the item:
- Active
- Inactive
- Click
