Users with the permission can be able to manage codes on the global codes page.

This is the domain that customers will see. The default is set on the backend and users with permission can change this on the effort level.
The global code will only apply to this domain configuration.
The pages the global code will be applied to. Will be either Page 1, Page 2, or both.
