By default the current year and month is displayed on the schedule screen.  If you normally adjust this date range when you are viewing schedules in IRIS, you may want to change your preferences to save you time when using Schedules.  Follow the instructions below to learn how.

How to Change the Default Schedule Date

1. Click on your name at the top of IRIS
2. Locate your name/user profile on the User Information tab
3. Click

    to the right of your name to edit your settings
4. Click 

   You do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license.&nbsp; Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>.

5. Click 

   You do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license.&nbsp; Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>.

6. Click 

   You do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license.&nbsp; Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>.

    next to the Default Date field to open the dropdown menu
7. Select the date range you would like to view by default

8. Click 

   You do not have a valid <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">MultiExcerpt</a> app license.&nbsp; Please sign up for a free trial or purchase a license through the <a href="https://apps.appf.re/me/mp/cloud?hosting=cloud&tab=overview">Atlassian Marketplace</a>.

   Now when you go to the IRIS home page, the default date range you selected will be displayed.
