Mass Add/Delete Premium Set Lists

Summary / TL:DR: This article will show you how to mass add/delete premium set lists in Advantage. Premium Sets are free gifts that we use to entice the customer to make a purchase.
How To Mass Add a Premium Set listÂ
Navigate to Premium Sets in the Marketing ribbon
Highlight the Premium Set you would like to mass add to and select Mass Add Premium Set Lists... (this function is available via right click or the ellipsis icon)
The Mass Add Premium Set List dialog box will appear, complete the following fields:
List Code | Enter the list code |
Add Bill to Customer | Checking this box will send the bill-to customer(s) the premium set. |
Add Ship to Customer | Checking this box will send the ship-to customer(s) the premium set. |
Days to Delay | Enter the amount of days to delay before releasing an item or adding a customer(s) to a list. |
4. Click OK
How To Mass Delete a Premium Set listÂ
Navigate to Premium Sets in the Marketing ribbon
Highlight the Premium Set you would like to mass add to and select Mass Delete Premium Set Lists... (this function is available via right click or the ellipsis icon)
The Mass Delete Premium Set List dialog box will appear, complete the following fields:
List Code | Enter the list code |
4. Click OK
