This article will show you how to reactivate a suspension for a product on automatic delivery in Advantage. For example, when a customer has suspended their automatic delivery shipments and has decided to resume shipments now, rather than the suspended resolution date.

How to Reactivate a Suspension for a Product on Automatic Delivery
From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity
Select the product you want to update and then go to the Auto Delivery Maintenance tab
Click Reactivate Club Members (this is also available via the right click menu)
The Advantage dialog box will appear, click Acknowledge
Note
The reason and suspension resolution date will not be removed.
