Use these instructions when suspending a membership.

These instructions require you to have a control group open. For more on control groups, go here.



How to Suspend a Membership

  1. From the Customer Search screen navigate to Customer Activity
  2. Highlight the membership you want to update and then right-click 
  3. Select Membership Actions and then select Full Member Suspend
  4. The Full Member Suspension dialog box will appear. Complete the following fields:

    Customer NumberEnter the Customer Number.
    Membership OrgEnter the Membership Org.
    Service ReasonEnter the Service Reason.
    Term NumberAdjust the Term Number if necessary.
    Suspend IssueAdjust the Suspend Issue if necessary.


  5. Click OK
