Use these instructions to identify a customers agreement. 



How To Identify an Agreement

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity

  2. To identify an agreement make sure your screen is customized to show the Item System Name field

  3. This will show the Item System Name as AMB

  4. If your screen is missing this field go here for more info on customization.

    You can also  tell the selected item is an agreement by looking at the lower section of the screen and seeing the customer details refer to agreements.
