Member Choices Screen
| Publication Code | Displays the parent publication for the membership. |
| Member Choice | Displays the code that identifies the member choice. |
| Choice Description | Displays additional information about the choice. |
| Status | Displays whether the choice is active or inactive. |
| Term Length | Displays the term length. |
| Member Category | Displays the member category (aka the member level) code. |
| Member Category Description | Displays the membership category (aka member level). |
| Installment Billing Code | Displays the installment billing code if one is in use. |
| Valid Until | Displays the date the choice is valid through. |
| Last Updated | Displays the date and time the choice was last updated. |
| Membership Org | Displays the membership organization code. |
Member Choice Maintenance
| Publication Code | Item number assigned to a circulation, or subscription, item. It Is typically three characters and can be a combination of letters and numbers. |
| Member Choice | Free form field that defines the member choice code. Member choices can contain up to 6 characters. |

| Choice Description | Defines more information about the choice. |
| Status | Defines the status of the choice. This field is checked by default. |
| Valid Until | Defines how long this choice is active. |
| Send Renewal Notice | Defines whether or not the choice is on automatic renewal. |
| Term Length | Defines how many issues the customer will receive during their first term. |
| Delivery Code | Defines how the membership will be delivered. |
| Premium Set | Defines the premium set the customer will receive by selecting this choice. Premium sets can also be entered at the Promotion Offer level. Premium sets can be entered here if this choice should fulfill a different premium set than the other choices on the offer. |
| Installment Billing Code | Defines the installment billing code that will be used to charge the customer if the inital payment is to be paid in installments. |
| Membership Org | Defines the membership organization for the membership customers will be subscribed to when purchasing this choice. |
| Member Category | Defines the level of membership customers will be subscribed to when purchasing this choice. |
| Subscription Class | Defines the subscription class. R - Regular subscription is the only option . |
| Auto-Renew Chain ID | Defines the auto-renew chain that will be used to renew and charge the customer. If an auto-renew chain is being used, the Send Renewal Notice field must be set to C - CIR/AMB - Auto-Renewal with Auto-Charge. |
| Next AR Promo Code | Not used. |
| Credit Policy Code | Defines the credit policy that will determine refund rules if the customer cancels. Credit policies can are also required to be entered at the Promotion Offer level. Credit policies entered here will override the one entered on the Promotion Offer level. Enter a credit policy here if refund rules for this choice should be different than other choices in the offer. |
Member Choice Rates Tab
| Billing Currency | Displays the billing currency for the choice. |
| Rate | Displays the rate of the choice. |
Member Choice Rate Maintenance
| Publication Code | Displays the publication code entered on the Member Choice Maintenance popup. |
| Member Choice | Displays the member choice code entered on the Member Choice Maintenance popup. |
| Billing Currency | Defines the billing currency. |
| Rate | Defines the rate the customer will be charged for their first term. |
| Next Sub Rate | Defines the rate the customer will be charged if/when they automatically renew into their next term. |
| Next Sub Term | Defines the length of the next term if/when the customer automatically renews. |
| Next Install Bill Code | Defines the next installment billing code that will be used to charge the customer if the Next Sub Rate is to be paid in installments. |
Payment Options
| Checks | Check the box to allow Check payments. |
| Credit Cards | Check the box to allow Credit Card payments. |
| Direct Debits | Check the box to allow Debit Card payments. |
| Available Credits | Check the box to allow Available Credit payments. |
| Misc. Credits | Check the box to allow Misc. Credit payments. |
| Gift Certificates | Check the box to allow Gift Certificate payments. |
Digital Wallets | Check the box to allow Digital Wallet/Apple Pay payments. |
Promotion Overrides
It can override pricing of publications that are already setup as baby pubs by associating a promotion code and choice. In other words, the maintenance fee prices can be overridden, by using promotion codes and choices at this tab.
| Membership Organization | Displays the membership organization code. |

| Member Pub Code | Defines the pub on the membership used to override the price.This will most likely be the maintenance fee. |
| Promotion Code | Defines the code used to correspond with the price of the member pub code. |
| Promotion Choice | Defines the pricing of the member pub code.. |
Promotion Add-Ons
Pubs can be added that would not typically be member benefit pubs for memberships at this membership level. In other words, say there was a need to add on pub DEF to this membership, but specific to this promotion only. This tab is where it could be done.
| Membership Organization | Displays the membership organization code. |

| Add-On Membership Publication | Defines the publication being added on to your membership. You are able to add on multiple pubs. |
| Promotion Code | Defines the promo code attached to the add-on membership publication. |

| Charge Category | Defines the code which indicates the type of charge. For Example: TS - Trading Service MF - Maintenance Fee NL - Newsletter |
| Membership Organizations ID | This can be 16 alphanumeric characters.This field is not required. |
| Target Expire Month | Defines the credit card expiration month. This field is not required. |
| Auto-Renewal Method | Defines the auto renewal method. This field is not required. |
