Use these instructions when determining the expiration date of a agreement.

Agreements have 2 expiration dates. One associated to the current term and one that is called final which includes issues due from early future renewals. For example, the customer may be in their first year and have 6 issues to go but then prepaid for another year renewal which then adds another 12 issues to the 6. When determining the expiration date, always refer to the final expiration date.

How to Find the Expiration Date of an Agreement

  1. To locate the expiration date of a agreement, from the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to  Customer Activity
  2. Highlight the agreement that needs the expiration date determined
  3. In the Agreement Summary tab at the bottom of the screen, locate the Final Expiration Date

  4. For agreements, this date represents the date the subscription expires.  In this example that would be November 2016

The label and location of the Final Expiration Date vary by script used in Customer Activity

  • No labels
