Use these instructions to create a promotional marketing list in Advantage. These are lists and/or marketing locations that are not Message Central lists. For example, if a website, an Agora affiliate's website or an external website are all examples of marketing lists. When marketing to an Agora email list, whether your own or another affiliate's, use a MILO list. For more on MILO lists, go here.
How to Add a Promotional Marketing List
From the Marketing Ribbon, click on Lists
Click the Add Icon
The Promotion Mailing List Maintenance dialog box will appear. Complete the following fields:
List ID*
Enter the abbreviated version of the name of the promotional location that will better enable a way to identify it when searching or viewing reports.
Example: 999GOOGL
List Description*
Enter a description of the promotional location. This is used in reporting.
Local Currency*
For domestic affiliates, enter US$.
Repeat Use
If the list can be reused for multiple marketing efforts, check this box. If the list can only be used one time, keep the box unchecked.
