How to Suspend an Automatic Delivery Shipment
From On the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Automatic DeliveryActivity screen, find the line that has the Club/Class/Series in the Item Number field.
Select the product/product class you want to update and either right-click and choose Suspend Club Member or in selection bar on the top right choose the pause symbol which is the same thing.
The Club Member Suspend dialog box will appear, complete the following fields:
Susp. Resol Date | Enter the date for when the customer would like to resume shipments. |
Reason | Enter the reason for the cancellation. |
5. Click OK
6. Click Acknowledge
