The options presented below are intended to help expedite the migration process from the IRIS perspective. These will allow you to switch existing IRIS efforts from OPIUM funnels to WMC journeys more efficiently. All required OPIUM content will still need to be built in WMC.

  • Update domains. There are two primary options for bulk updating domains:

    • Option 1: Edit actual domain in IRIS (manage – domains) so that it points to a WMC domain

      • Good option if you don’t have default domains assigned at the item level

      • Steps:

      • Edit order from url

      • No change to:

        • Name

        • Promotion URL

        • External promo url

    • Option 2: Edit default configuration on the item level so that it points to a WMC domain – this will update all efforts where that is the main item

      • Good option if you:

        • Have default domains assigned at the item level AND

        • Have 1:1 relationship between the item and domain

          • If you have multiple domains per item, then additional adjustments will need to be made for bulk update to be successful – and option 1 may be more ideal. Reach out to your CSP to get more information on the additional adjustments.

      • Steps:

        • This will automatically update all efforts where that is the main item
