During this period, the Advantage team have suspended all posting processes on the system hence the customers are still in their original status. Once these processes have been restored (which should be around 3-4 PM todaybefore 9:00 AM EST), the posting of all transactions will start taking place. This process started at 8PM last night (31 Jan 2018) will start at 7:00 PM EST on the last night of the month so all Control Group transaction postings from yesterday have not yet been processedthat evening may not have been posted before the maintenance process began.
