How to Update a Direct Debit on File for Automatic Renewal

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity

  2. Select the subscription you want to update and navigate to the Auto Charge Information tab

at the bottom half
  1. in the lower list frame of the Customer Activity screen

Click Change Subscription
  1. Click on the Change Auto-Charge Information icon as below

  1. The Auto-Charge Maintenance dialogue will appear. Click on the Edit Direct Debit icon as below

  1. The Direct Debit Request Maintenance dialog

  1. will appear, complete the following fields:

Bank ID Number

Enter the new bank ID.

Bank Account Number

Enter the customer's new bank account number.

Account Holder Name

Enter the account holder's name.

  2. Click OK again on the Auto-Charge Maintenance dialogue
