This article will show you how to cancel a product on automatic delivery in Advantage, also referred to as a Bookclub.

How to Cancel a Product on Automatic Delivery

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity

  2. Select the product you want to update and then  go to the Auto Delivery Maintenance tab

  3. Select Terminate

  4. The Terminate dialog box will appear. Select a reason Code. 

  5. Click OK

  6. Select one of the following options...

titleIf there is a pending shipment...
  1. The Pending BCL Shipment dialog box will appear.

  2. Select one of the options:

    1. Ship the current order and suspend/terminate future shipments - This will send the order to the customer but no future shipments.

    2. Delete current order and suspend/terminate now - This will delete the pending order and not charge or ship to the customer and the customer will receive no future shipments.

  3. Click OK

  4. Click Acknowledge

Note
While a reason is not required, it is used for reporting purposes to understand why customer want to stop their automatic delivery. It is requested that you fill one in with the cancellation.
