How to Unsubscribe from a Free eLetter
From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Free eLetters
Search by Customer Number or Email Addressand select the E-Letter Subscription
Select the Change List Email Status Icon in the top right
The Change Status dialog box will appear, change the status code from A to I
Click OK
