Use these instructions when a customer requests to have a shipment sent out immediately for their product on automatic shipment.

How to Create a Shipment Now

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to 

Customer Activity
  1. Book Club under the Services section of the ribbon.

  2. Select the product/product class you want to

update and then  select the Auto Delivery Maintenance tab
  1. update

  2. Click Create Next

BCL
  1. Order (This is also available via right click) 

  2. The Ship Now dialog box will appear, select when the next occurrence of the automatic delivery should ship.

  3. Click OK

  4. Click Close

If the customer has an outstanding proforma order, or unpaid order, instead of creating a new shipment, Advantage will prompt you to active the outstanding proforma order. In this case, you will want to select yes, otherwise if you create a shipment without fixing the unpaid order, the customer will not receive any further shipments.
