How to Create a Customer Alert Note
From the Customer Service ribbon, select Notes
The Customer Notes dialog box will appear. If the customer was already selected, their notes will appear. If the customer was not already selected, enter or search for the customer number.
Click Add
The Notes Detail dialog box will appear. Under System Name, enter CTM
In the note text box, enter the text for the note
Click OK

When the account is later selected by a user, the Customer Notes dialog box will automatically appear with the customer alert note |
