D

Discontinue Auto-Renew;

Subscribers are on Auto Renewal but called in to cancel before the series is over to cancel; they pre-paid for the subscriptions and it will expire after their term; they are treated like a Y flag= they will expire

Subscribers who were on AR and no longer have a valid credit card on file; twice a month we send credit card tokens (cc info) to a processor to check the credit card information (only 27% of CC companies use this program) they will tell us if

System changed flag when the credit card

info is correct, outdated, or customer closed account, expired; Advantage will then wipe the CC info and will change the flag from a C to a U flag= we then send out notices letting them know they should call in to give us their credit card info (if they do this, then their flag is changed back to a C flag)

Y

“Yes market to me”; Non-auto-renew and no Credit Card on file; It will expire after their subscription term is up

Z
