First Name* | Enter the first name of the user. | |||

User Name* | Enter a username for the user. Typically, username are a combination if the first initial and last name. This should be kept consistent across the board. Example: KRafferty If the username already exist within that affiliate, name it unique by adding a number to the end. Example: KRafferty2 | |||
Password | This will automatically generate and be sent to the user in the activation email. The user will then be able to create their own password. | |||
User Type | Regular User | This is the most common User Type that is going to be used. All users should be set to Regular Users unless instructed otherwise by an Affiliate Admin or by someone on the OPIUM team. The users will have the ability to create and edit efforts. | ||
Admin | These users have the ability to add a user for their affiliate and edit a user's account, including their permissions. Refer to the /wiki/spaces/GTOS/pages/42304012274Affiliate Admin document for the affiliate. If a user is requesting Admin access, this must be approved by the current Affiliate Admin or the Tier 2 team. | |||
Read-only User | These users are only able to look at OPIUM efforts. They are not able to make edits. Only use this User Type when instructed by an Affiliate Admin or by someone on the OPIUM team. | |||
