How to Update a Subscription Type
From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity
Select the subscription you want to update and then select Subscription Modification
The Choose Modification Operation box will appear, enter RAT for Rate/Term/Postage and click
NEXT
The Rate/Term/Postage Change Modification dialog box will appear, click Next
Enter the updated Subscription Type
Click OK
The Order Recap Display will appear, click Close
