This article will show you how to reactivate a suspension for a product on automatic delivery in Advantage. For example, when a customer has suspended their automatic delivery shipments and has decided to resume shipments now, rather than the suspended resolution date.

How to Reactivate a Suspension for a Product on Automatic Delivery
From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate
to Automatic Delivery
Select the product/product class you want to update and
either right-click and choose Reactivate Suspended Member or in selection bar on the top right choose the below symbol which is the same thing.
The Advantage dialog box will appear with the Automatic Delivery in question checked off, click Acknowledge
