This article will show you how to suspend automatic delivery shipment of a product in Advantage.

How to Suspend an Automatic Delivery Shipment

  1. From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to 

Customer Activity
  1. Automatic Delivery

  2. Select the product/product class you want to update and

then go to the Auto Delivery Maintenance tab
  • Click Suspend Club Members (this is also available via the right click menu)

  • The Mass
    1. either right-click and choose Suspend Club Member or in selection bar on the top right choose the pause symbol which is the same thing.

    2. The Club Member Suspend dialog box will appear, complete the following fields:

    Susp. Resol Date

    Enter the date for when the customer would like to resume shipments.

    Reason

    Enter the reason for the cancellation.

    5. Click OK
    6. Click Acknowledge

    Note
    If the customer wants to suspend their shipments indefinitely, the automatic delivery must be cancelled (terminated) instead of suspended.
