  1. First navigate to the affiliate instance of Blueshift

  2. Click on this gear box in the upper right hand corner then select ChannelsApps from the left-hand menu

  3. Select the Channel App that will be configured (Twilio under SMS)

  4. Copy and paste the fields from the box file to the form fields of the selected Channel 

    1. Non-required fields (can leave blank unless specified in the ticket)

      1. Messaging Service SID

      2. Status Callback URL

  5. Save the adapter

  6. If "Default" is set to "Yes" in the ticket:

    1. On the list of Twilio adapters, click on the ellipsis to the right of the adapter

    2. Click Set to Default

  7. Testing the adapter

    1. If the adapter is meant for any other country than the U.S. the client will need to test the setup themselves

    2. Go to Creatives on the left-hand side and then SMS

    3. Complete a test send with your mobile number starting with a 1

    4. This error means the adapter is for another country, therefore we cannot test it. 

    5. For any other errors, double-check the fields in the adapter setup are correct from the ticket

    6. If there are still errors, the client needs to contact Twilio and we can submit a ticket to Blueshift
