How To Upgrade an Agreement
From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity
Right click the agreement you want to upgrade
Select Migrate Agreement Package
The Agreement Package Modification dialog box will appear, complete the following fields:
Change to new package | By default, the Upgrade Package Code should be in place. If not, ensure that the correct code is selected. |
Promotion Code* | Enter the promotion code for the upgrade |
Promotion Choice | Enter the promotion choice for the upgrade |
Package Credit Flag | Select the Appropriate Credit Actions if not defaulted from the offer: No = No Credit transfer Full = Transfer Full Credit from original purchase. Partial = Remaining Credit from Original order |

6. The Saved Payment Methods dialog box will appear:

8. Enter the payment details

When upgrading a customer their initial payment will be frozen. If the customer claims a refund this will need to be entered as a misc. refund as Advantage won’t be able to perform a cancellation on a migrated agreement. |
