Use these instructions when determining the estimated date of the next shipment to be generated.
How to Determine the Next Shipment Date
- From the Customer Service ribbon, navigate to Customer Activity
- Select the product you want estimate the next date of shipment and go to the Auto Delivery Maintenance tab
- Right Click and select Estimated Next Ship Date
- In the Estimated BCL Next Shipment dialog box, locate the Estimated Next Ship Date
- Click Close
