Member Choice Maintenance
| Publication Code | Item number assigned to a circulation, or subscription, item. It Is typically three characters and can be a combination of letters and numbers. |
| Member Choice | Free form field that defines the member choice code. Member choices can contain up to 6 characters. |

Member Choice Rate Maintenance

Promotion Overrides

| A flexible pricing approach can be used to have different pricing for the same pub for members who are at the same level. The pricing can vary by promotion using the Promotion Overrides tab of the member choice view. This tab is greyed out for baby pub member choices. |
It can override pricing of publications that are already setup as baby pubs by associating a promotion code and choice. In other words, the maintenance fee prices can be overridden, by using promotion codes and choices at this tab.
| Membership Organization | Displays the membership organization code. |
| Org Level Publication | Displays the PUB code. |
| Member Choice | Displays the member choice ID. |
| Member Pub Code | Defines the pub on the membership used to override the price.This will most likely be the maintenance fee. |

| This tab is greyed out for baby pub member choices. |
Pubs can be added that would not typically be member benefit pubs for memberships at this membership level. In other words, say there was a need to add on pub DEF to this membership, but specific to this promotion only. This tab is where it could be done.
