Use these instructions when adding a new creative code in Advantage.

How to Add a Creative Code

1. From the Marketing Ribbon, click Creative
2. Click the Add Icon

3. The Creative Maintenance dialog box will appear. Complete the following fields:

   Creative Code*	Enter the code assigned in Advantage.
   Creative Headline	Enter the headline of the promotional marketing copy.
   Description	Enter what the promotional marketing copy of about.
   Owning Organization*	Enter the three digit code used to identify the affiliate who owns a service or product. Info An Owning Organization should be entered on all Creative Codes in Advantage so that IRIS will display them for selection when using the Auto Promo Code feature.
   Item Number	Enter the codes associated with the product or subscription.
   Local Currency	Enter the currency of the country used to charge the customer.

   
   

4. Click Next

5. Click the Add Icon

6. The Creative Document Maintenance dialog box will appear. Complete the following fields:

   Website URL	Enter the URL associated with the Promotional Marketing Copy.
   Image of Promotion	Enter the link of the physical location of the image for the Promotional Marketing Copy.

   
   

7. Click the Copywriters tab

8. Click the Add Icon

9. The Creative Copy Writer Maintenance dialog box will appear. Complete the following fields:

   Copywriter*	Select the name of the copy writer responsible for creative the Promotional Marketing Copy. Info Copywriters must be added to creative codes in order for them to get credit for the work they have done.
   Copywriter Type*	Select either Primary or Secondary.

   
   

10. Click OK

11. Click OK
