A chargeback vendor focused on automating chargeback representments to more quickly and effectively fight chargebacks.

Chargehound automates all domestic first-time chargebacks from Vantiv and Amex, barring a few exceptions. They maintain a direct API connection to Vantiv and Amex, allowing them to answer chargebacks faster than a team could manually.

Advantage: Notes for represented chargebacks are auto-generated on affected accounts.
