Campaign codes are often though of as "buckets" or "umbrella codes" that group together all of the promotion code for a particular campaign.  Campaign codes identify a mailing. These codes are 7 digits and will contain letters and numbers. Click Campaigns in the Marketing Ribbon to navigate to the Campaigns screen.

Campaign CodeDisplays the code that identifies the campaign.

Description

Provides more detail about the campaign.
Initiation DateDisplays the date the campaign was created.
Added By DescriptionDisplays the name of the user that added the campaign.
Local CurrencyDisplays the local currency for the campaign.
Last UpdatedDisplays the date and time the campaign was last updated.
Last Updated By DescriptionDisplays the name of the user that last updated the campaign.

Publication Code/Owning OrgDefines the publication or owning organization of the product for the campaign.

Year & MonthDefines the year and month of the campaign. Example: May 2016 = S5 December 2016 = SC

Unique IdentifierUniquely identifies the campaign code in the even there is more than one for the year and month selected.

DescriptionAllows users to provide additional information about the campaign.

Cost Accumulation Method

For reporting purposes, defines how costs will be broken up.


C - Campaign Level

DO NOT USE

Warning

Using the Campaign Level will only report on campaign costs at the campaign level. This will not allow users to be able to break down costs by promotion code.



P - Promotion LevelThis should always be selected. This will allow users to break down reporting by promotion code costs.

Promotions Tab

The Promotions Tab will only appear after a campaign code has been created.  This tab will display all of the promotion codes under the campaign being viewed.
