| If the registration has already posted, you cannot reinstate the registration. You have to place a new order. |

How to Reinstate an Un-posted Registration on a Conference Order

| If the customer cancels their registration and then contacts you the same day to un-cancel it. It can be done by following the instructions below. |
From the Customer Service ribbon navigate to Customer Activity
- Enter the customer number of the customer you would like to reinstate a registration for
Highlight the registration that has the session you would like to reinstate
Click Un-Cancel Registration
Click Yes
- Repeat the above steps to reinstate additional registrations
- You have successfully reinstated the registration to a conference order
